With consistent membership in Prudential’s highly regarded Chairman’s Circle, a Senior Marketing Consultant designation and a stellar multi-million dollar production, Janna continues to achieve recognition. At the end of 2003 Janna was given the distinguished PREA award, which is awarded to the 100 Prudential agents in the USA who have achieved the highest volume of sales. 2004 was another award winning year. She was invited to join Top Producers of La Jolla, which serves as an excellent network and educational forum for the recognized leaders in the real estate industry. In 2005 Janna sold the highest volume of homes as an individual agent in the La Jolla office and ranked as one of the top 10 agents in San Diego County. In 2006 she held her position as one of the top agents in San Diego County in both the number of transactions and production. In 2007 she ranked as the #5 individual agent San Diego County, and Prudential awarded her  “Legend”  status for 10 years of consistently excellent performance.

Having lived in Mission Hills since 1983, Janna has utilized her extensive knowledge of an historic community in order to become its most successful real estate agent.  For the past 11 years Janna has been the #1 real estate agent in Mission Hills, where she lives and maintains a home office.  By combining her achievements in Mission Hills, her award winning accomplishments in the La Jolla office and a demonstrated understanding of the coastal market, Janna has uniquely positioned herself to introduce clients to San Diego’s most prestigious communities.

As a former high school English teacher, Janna is dedicated to the San Diego communities in which she and her husband of 34 years raised their three children.  Her children attended Francis Parker, Grant Elementary, The Bishop’s School and La Jolla High School.  Janna served three years on the Board of Trustees at The Bishop’s School.  In 2003 she was recognized as a Grand Producer Underwriter for Francis Parker’s Scholarship Endowment and Faculty Professional Development Fund.  When she achieved five consecutive years as the #1 Agent in Mission Hills in 2002, Janna showed her appreciation to the community by pledging a $5000 Matching Grant to the Grant School Community Foundation for the purchase of classroom library books. She continues her annual support of the neighborhood elementary schools. Janna’s local advertising, such as the Mission Hills Garden Walk Program, frequently features creative writing and art work from local elementary school students.
